电液驱动卷绕式系统卷绕与排管同步精确控制方法的研究

摘    要:为了解决飞机拖锥自动收放过程中尼龙管出现的脱卷和卷绕重叠等问题,提出了一种模糊控制与PID控制相结合的排管机构同步精确控制方法。考虑影响卷绕与排管同步性能的因素,建立了卷绕与排管同步控制系统结构模型。经过对控制方法仿真和实际应用,证明该方法具有动态特性好,鲁棒性强等优点。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of overlapping and volume of nylon tube in aircraft drag cone auto winding system,a method which combining fuzzy control and PID control is presented.This method can achieve accurate control of cable pipe body.Considering the influence factors of synchronous of winding and cable pipe,a synchronization control system model of winding and cable pipe is established.Through the simulation and practical application show that the control arithmetic have better dynamic characteristic and robust.
