数控机床主轴结构的改进和优化设计

摘    要:基于优化设计理论的基本思想及其求解方法,将其应用于机床主轴的结构设计,建立了机床主轴结构优化设计的数学模型,并用内点惩罚函数法求解模型,得到了整体最优的结构设计方案,使机床主轴在满足各种约束要求条件下,刚度最好,材料最省.

Abstract:Based on basic ideology and solution of optimization design theory,the theory is applied to structure design of machine spindle,the mathematic model of spindle structure optimization is set up,and interior point penalty function method is used to solve model.Structure design plan is got,which makes machine spindle has the strongest rigidity and less material under the condition of meeting all kinds of restraint.
