| 摘 要： | 通过对槽起始段具有不同斜率产品的电解加工特点进行分析,设计了一种不同加工间隙的新式阴极头,并制定了相关的加工工艺.应用该阴极头和加工工艺对产品进行了电解加工,达到了预期效果.加工出的槽起始段可有不同的斜率.

| Abstract: | Through the study on theory of ECM and machining process,and the analysis of grooves with different slope on section starte,devised a new type processing cathode namely Different Machining Clearance Cathode,wrote technics.Through applying the processing cathode and the technics,electrochemical machininged workpiece and the outcome well.The machininged grooves had different slope on section start. |
