氧化铝一维纳米材料制备方法的研究进展

摘    要:氧化铝一维纳米材料由于其独特的结构成为材料研究的热点之一,近年来国内外有关其制备方法的报道也相对较多.较全面地介绍了氧化铝一维纳米材料的制备方法,包括VLS法、VS法、水热法、溶胶-凝胶法和模板法等.分析了各类方法的特点,指出了制备氧化铝一维纳米材料存在的问题,并展望了其未来的发展.

Abstract:One-dimensional nanosized alumina has become an exciting field of study because of its special structure.In recent years,there are many reports about the preparation of one-dimensional nanosized alumina.In this paper,many comprehensive preparation methods for one-dimensional materials of alumina are introduced,including VLS(Vapor-Liquid-Solid)method,VS(Vapor-Solid) method,hydrothermal method,sol-gel method and template method,etc.The characteristics of various methods are analyzed and the existing problems are pointed out and the development of one-dimensional materials of a-lumina is prospected.
