| 摘 要： | 简述湘辉公司利用湘钢产８２Ｂ钢盘条生产高强度低松弛ＰＣ钢绞线的生产工艺过程，提出加强半成品钢丝的检验和配丝及绞线稳定化处理的控制是提高成品绞线技术性能的关键。实践证明湘辉公司生产的国产化高强度低松弛ＰＣ钢绞线完全能够满足国家重点建设工程的需要。

| Abstract: | To briefly relate the process of producing high strength low relaxation PC steel strand by 82B steel wire rod made in Xiangtan Iron and Steel Co It is pointed out that strengthening the examination of semi finished steel wire and wire matching and controlling the stabilizing treatment of strand are the keys to improve the technical properties of finished strand Practices prove that domestic high strength low relaxation PC steel strand made in Xianghui Co can completely meet the needs of national major construction projects |
