摘    要:文中分析了小半径中频弯管符合塑性大变形条件的机理,建立了压缩弯曲小半径弯管的形变模型。并用数值分析方法对应力应变分布和受力条件进行了分析和计算。为小半径中频弯管机床研制和弯管加工提供了科学依据。

Abstract:Analyzing the mechanism fitting to the condition of big Plastic deformation of small- radius tube under winding with mid-frequency heating.The paper puts forward a model of deformation of small-radius tube under winding,and by using the numerical analysis,the stress distribution and the condition of arc calculated and analyzed and a scientific funda- tion for developing a winding lathe and manufacturing the small-radius tube is laid down.
