| Abstract: | A health beverage was developed with fermented Grifola frondos liquid as the major raw material. Through orthogonal tests, the optimum formula of the beverage was determined as follows： fermented Grifola frondos liquid 80%, sugar 8g, citric acid 0.2g, and CMC 0.02g. |
