摘    要:针对目前市场上单一的红酒包装结构,提出了一种新型转轮式包装结构。通过计算得到了转轮式包装结构尺寸,并采用Pro/ E 软件对其进行了三维建模,导入到ANSYS/ LS-DYNA 环境中进行了跌落状态仿真模拟。通过仿真模拟结果与产品脆值的对比分析,对转轮包装结构进行了优化。

Abstract:A new propeller type packaging structure for red wine was put forward aiming at the single packaging structure on the market. Sizes of the propeller type packaging structure were obtained by calculation. 3D modeling of the packaging structure was established using Pro/ E software. Drop simulation was carried out by introducing to 3D model into ANSYS/ LS-DYNA environment. The packaging structure was optimized through comparing simulation results with the product fragility analysis.
