铝塑泡罩包装密封性智能检测设备的设计

摘    要:针对现有铝塑泡罩包装漏气缺陷检测技术存在容易造成浪费,实施起来费时耗工,自动化程度低等缺点,设计了铝塑泡罩包装密封性智能检测设备。该设备以激光测距传感器、数据采集卡、PC 机为主要硬件配置,以LabVIEW 和MATLAB 的混合编程为开发平台,实测结果表明,该检测设备实现了对被检品的无损检测,有效地提高了检测效率,达到了漏气缺陷的智能化检测。

Abstract:Current leakage detection technology for blister packaging has the defects of the waste of products, low working efficiency, and low automation level. In order to solve the problems, an intelligent leakage detection equipment of the blister packaging was developed. The primary hardware of the equipment concludes laser displacement transducer, data acquisition card and PC. The software development platform is based on the mixed programming between LabVIEW and MATLAB. The experiment results showed that this equipment has the features of nondestructive testing, high efficiency, and intelligent detection.
