| Abstract: | Introduces several kinds of film solar cells and analyzed their advantages and disadvantages.And made a detail introduction for the amorphous silicon thin-film solar cells.Also provided various factors that pose light-induced degradation effect and influence photovoltaic performance.Finally,made a summary and outlook for various technologies of optimizing amorphous silicon solar cells. |
