| 摘 要： | ISDN(综合业务数字网:Integrated Services Digital Network)是目前世界上通信发展的最新趋势。本文针对 ISDN 本身的技术特性,并结合我国国情,探讨性地提出了 ISDN 资费的内容、结构,并从理论上提出了确定 ISDN 资费水平的两个方法:首先从信息角度构造了 ISDN 资费形成模型;其次,从投入产出角度,通过对 ISDN 折旧年限的确定,对 ISDN 资费水平的基础——成本进行了分析.

| Abstract: | ISDN(Integrated Services Digitat Network)now is the latest trend of Communication development in the world.This thesis exploratorilly puts forword the content and structure of ISDN tariff which points exactly against the technical characteristics of ISDN itself and combines with the condition of our country, and thereroticall advances two methods about determining the ISDN's tariff standards.First,develop the forming model of ISDN from information angle, second,analysis the cost which is the basis of ISDN's tariff standard through determining the depreciation year of ISDN from input and output angle. |
