苯氨基甲酸甲酯的绿色合成方法研究

摘    要:对催化剂醋酸锌负载体进行了筛选,并考察了CO2的通入、不同负载量以及催化剂用量对反应的影响,并对比固定化前后Zn(OAc)2/AC反应相同次数后的催化效果。通过实验确定活性炭为醋酸锌的最佳负载体,CO2的通入能够抑制副反应,且能够促进主反应,使苯氨基甲酸甲酯(MPC)选择性提高。同时确定Zn(OAc)2在活性炭上的最佳负载量为10%;当催化剂质量分数达到约7%时,转化率和产物的选择性达到最大值。与未固定化的Zn(OAc)2/AC的催化效果相比,固定化Zn(OAc)2/AC在苯胺转化率和产物的选择性方面都有显著的提高。

Abstract:The supports loaded zinc acetate were screened.The effects of access of CO2,different loads,and the reaction of catalyst content were investigated.After the same times of reaction,catalytic effect of before and after Zn(OAc)2/AC immobilization were contrasted.The activated carbon which was the best supports of zinc acetate was determined through experiments.Accessed CO2 can inhibit access to the side reaction,and can contribute to increase the selectivity of MPC.The yield of MPC over 10 % activated carbon catalyst was the highest.When the catalyst contain about 7%,the conversion and the selectivity of product reached the maximum.Compared to catalytic effect of Zn(OAc)2/AC,immobilized Zn(OAc)2/AC in the conversion of aniline and the selectivity of product both significantly were enhanced.
