世界已知最大洪水及其外包线公式

摘    要:世界最大洪水及其外包线公式有助于人们分析和认识世界洪水极值的地区分布规律,能为洪水频率分析成果和可能最大洪水(PMF)成果的合理性检查提供重要标尺,还为某些短缺暴雨/洪水资料的地区粗略估算PMF提供方便。根据世界范围内大量的洪水极值,求得世界已知最大洪水洪峰流量外包线的新公式:Qm=154A0.738(用于A<300 km2的情况);Qm=1 830A0.316(用于A=300~3 000 000 km2的情况)。对世界最大洪水的地区分布特点和洪水成因作了简要的分析。

Abstract:The world maximum flood and its envelop curve formula are helpful for people to analyze and understand the regional distribution law of world flood extreme value,can provide an important scale for reasonable checking the flood frequency analysis and Probable Maximum Flood(PMF) results and provide convenience for PMF rough estimation of some regions where are short of storm/flood data.The obtained new formula of peak discharge envelope curve of known maximum flood in the world according to a vast amount of flood extreme value in the world is as follows: Q_m=154A~(0.738)(for the conditions of A<300 km~2);Q_m=1 830A~(0.316)(for the conditions of A=300~3,000,000 km~2).The paper briefly analyzes the characteristics of the maximum flood distribution and flood genesis in the world.
