3万吨贮煤筒仓无粘结预应力施工技术

摘    要:常规火电厂储煤设施一般设计为大型通过式煤场,钢网架干煤棚结构,其施工工艺比较成熟,缺点是占地面积比较大,环保效果较差.近来,大直径预应力圆形贮煤仓设计因其占地面积小和良好的环保效果,在新建的常规火电厂储煤设施中得到越来越多的应用.江苏利港电厂2×600 MW超临界机组工程的10座直径40 m的贮煤筒仓,为亚洲目前最大规模的预应力混凝土筒仓群,单个筒仓设计贮煤量为3万t.在斗壁、外筒及环形锥结构设计中采用无粘结预应力筋加强技术,预应力筋采用1860级φs15.2钢绞线,QM15锚固体系,预应力筋用量达160多t,结构复杂,施工难度大.采用后张法预应力施工技术,预应力混凝土结构钢筋通过严格的材料控制、断料、定位、铺设、张拉等一系列措施保证工程质量.

Technology of non-adhesion prestress construction of 30000 t coal silo

Abstract:The normal thermal power plants commonly use large coal yard and steel structured dry coal shed to store the coal,which have mature construction process and disadvantages of large occupation of land and worse environmental protection effects.In the recent days,large-diameter prestressed circular coal silo is increasingly used for the newly-installed thermal power plants for its advantages of smaller occupation of land and better environmental protection effects.Ligang Thermal Power Plant located in Jiangsu Province has installed 2×600 MW supercritical units which are equipped with 10 coal silos with diameter of 40 m for each,which are the largest prestressed coal silos in Asia at present.Each single coal silo is designed with storage capability of 30 000 t and uses non-adhesion prestressed reinforcement technique at the structures of bucket wall,outer cylinder and circular cone.The prestressed reinforcement uses 1860 grade,φs15.2 steel strands,QM15 anchor system.The total consumption of the prestressed reinforcement is more than 160 t,which is complicatedly structured and difficult to install.Post-stretch prestressed construction is applied and the prestressed concrete structure has taken a series of measures of material control,cutting,positioning,layout and stretching for the reinforcement so as to make sure of the construction quality.
