摘    要:本文研究了PO4^3+对Ca测定产生干扰的机理,将其利用于原子吸收法间接测定含量为0.2-5μg/g的微量磷元素,并应用于测定人体毛发中磷元素的含量,回收率达到97%-102%。

Abstract:This paper studies the interfering mechanism produced by phosphate when determining calcium. And it is used in measuring trace phosphorus which content is about 0. 2 parts per million to 5 parts per million by in direct flame atomic absorption spectrophotbmetry. The rate of recovery by this method reaches 97 to 102 percent when we determine trace phosphorus in human hair.
