基于专家系统的煤矿安全监测监控系统

摘    要:长期以来,我国煤矿安全事故频繁发生;为了预防事故的发生,分析了事故发生的原因,提出了煤矿瓦斯突出的预测手段和开采时在线监测监控的专家系统理论,同时构建了一种基于工业以太网和现场总线的混合网络矿井安全监测监控系统;该系统对煤矿开采前工作面、煤巷瓦斯浓度及可能的瓦斯突出都设计了有效的预测预防措施;在信息处理方面,采用现场总线结合工业以太网的模式,避免了上位机负担过重、监控速度慢、节点扩展难的困难,同时能快速可靠地进行远程监控。

Abstract:Up to now,coal mines safety accidents happened frequently in China.In order to prevent happening of accident,by analyzing the reasons of the accident,proposed advanced measures for forecast of gas pop out,and the expert system for online measurement and con- trol during mining.At the same time,a safety monitoring control system is put forward,which adopts the techniques of Industry Ethernet and Field Bus to build a hybrid control network.This system designed forecast and guard against measures on the work face before mining, same measures also projected the thickness of coal alley gas and the possibility of gas pop out.Adapt the mode of FCS combining industry Ethernet to manage information,not only avoided host computer's overweight and slow rate of measurement and control and the difficulty of node extending,remote distance supervise and control also go along.
