摘    要:通过在砂浆中分别掺入11种不同比例的熔抽型超细钢纤维(长度:13 mm,长径比:65),与同等掺量的普通钢纤维增强水泥砂浆的性能做了对比,结果表明:熔抽型超细钢纤维增强水泥砂浆的施工和易性比普通钢纤维增强水泥砂浆好,熔抽型超细钢纤维提高了水泥浆体的抗折强度、抗压强度和韧性,其对水泥砂浆的增强增韧作用高于普通钢纤维,存在显著的纤维增强几何尺寸效应。

Abstract:Through the test of adding melt extracted extra-short steel fiber(length:13 mm,length-diameter ratio:65) in eleven different proportion to mortar,make comparison with the regular steel fiber reinforced mortar which is in the same proportion of regular steel fiber,the result show that:the workability of melt extracted extra-short steel fiber reinforced mortar is better than regular steel fiber reinforced mortar,the tensile strength,resistance of compression and toughness of the mortar are improved with the a...
