摘 要: | <正> 前言 邻苯二甲酸酐(简称苯酐)可以用萘为原料,通过流化床或固定床反应器氧化来制取,以流化床氧化器(炉)居多,早期的苯酐生产是以这种萘法为主。苯酐也可用邻二甲苯通过固定床反应器氧化来制取(称为邻二甲苯法)。随着大型石油化工装置的发展,邻二甲苯比萘更易获得及价廉,因而邻二甲苯(简称O-X)法制苯酐便得到迅速地发展。 部分氧化生成苯酐: O-X氧化反应式

Abstract: | The various processes of phthalic anhydride (PA) from o-xylene through fixed bed reactor and the characteristics of the catalysts arc introduced as well as the features, types and developments of the reactor systems. The reactor design, performances and constructions of axial melt pumps and melt salt coolers in the reactor systems, arrangerncnt of equipments in the reactor and the heat recovery etc. are also analysed. |
