| 摘 要： | 湿地是水利风景区的重要组成部分。在水利风景区开发建设过程中,出现了湿地水环境污染、生物多样性减少、景观格局变化、湿地生态与环境功能退化等问题。从人与自然和谐相处的理念出发,提出了加强湿地管理,分清权属、重点保护,开展相关科研活动等有关水利风景区湿地生态与环境保护的对策。

| Abstract: | Water recreation areas are the key areas of wetlands in China. During the development of water recreation areas, issues of water environment pollution, lessening of biological diversity, changes of landscape pattern, degradation of wetland ecological and environmental functions appeared. Therefore, measures for wetland ecological and environmental protection in water recreation areas are proposed in the respects of harmonized coexistence of people and nature, strengthening wetland management, clarifying rights and duties, prioritizing protection and scientific research and development. |
