摘    要:介绍了3种非调质钢连杆与调质钢连杆的显微组织,力学和疲劳性能对比试验。依据对比试验结果选定35MnVS钢为柴油机连杆用材。验证了材料的可靠性和耐久性后,逐步扩大了生产批量,取得了显著的经济效益。

Abstract:This article describes microstructure and properties experiments between three kinds of microalloy steel linkage and alloy steel linkage Base on the test results,it is determined to choose 35MnVS steel as the material of diesel engine linkage,and it was tested to verify its reliability durability and it helps us to get economic benefits to go into production
