| 摘 要： | 分析了当前工业应用非调质钢材存在的技术问题及研究情况,提出了解决目前锻后冷却速度和用钢必须严格控制,一种零件使用一个钢号以及只能用于要求强度不变,韧性较低的零件等关键问题的途径,为这类钢材的扩大应用提供了新的冷却工艺和理论依据。

| Abstract: | Technical problems of non quenched and tempered steel(NQTS)in application and studies to deal with these problems are analyzed in this paper,particulaly,the train of thought and methods to solve the strict control of hardenability and cooling rate after forging,problems of only one steel grade corresponding to one parts and applying NQTS only in not high strength and toughness steel are put forword as well Thus it affords a new cooling process and theoretical basis for extended use of NQTS |
