摘    要:利用X射线衍射和透射电子显微镜(TEM)研究了3Cr2W8V钢高温淬火对显微组织和力学性能的影响,着重讨论了回火转变与冲击韧度的关系。试验表明高温回火脆性恙残留奥氏体分解和沿晶界碳化物析出有关。

Abstract:The effect of high temperature quenching followed by tempering on microscopic structures and mechanical properties of 3Cr2W8V steel has been studied by using X Ray Diffraction and Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM).The relationship of tempering transformation and punching toughness of the steel has been emphatically discussed.The experimental results indicate that the high temperature tempering embrittleness is related to the decomposition of retained austenite and the precipitation of carbide along the grain boundaries.
