摘    要:制备了直接甲醇燃料电池双催化层阴极,双催化层由内催化层Pt黑和外催化层40%Pt/C构成。接触角测试、扫描电镜(SEM)以及能谱(EDX)分析结果表明,在双催化层阴极结构中形成了憎水性、孔结构和催化剂浓度梯度分布。循环伏安测试结果表明双催化层具有较多的电化学活性表面积。该双催化层阴极结构有利于氧气扩散和水的排出,提高了电池性能。

Abstract:A novel cathode with double-layered catalyst layer for direct methanol fuel cell (DMFC) was fabricated, which consisted of Pt black inner catalyst layer and 40% Pt/C outer catalyst layer. The double-layered catalyst layer was characterized by contact angle measurement,SEM and EDX analysis, in which formed a hydrophobic property,porosity and catalyst concentration gradient in the cathode. The cyclic voltammetry results showed that the double-layered catalyst layer had a greater electrochemical surface active area. The double-layered structure was beneficial for oxygen diffusion and water removal, and thus improved the DMFC performance.
