摘    要:以无机盐为原料,柠檬酸和EDTA为复合螯合剂,乙二醇为溶剂制备PMN-PT弛豫铁电薄膜,研究了复合金属有机盐前驱物的性质对薄膜结构和成膜质量的影响。结果表明:成膜的前驱物最佳浓度为0.35~0.40mol/L;苯甲酸添加剂参与溶胶的聚合,有利于钙钛矿结构相的形成。获得了均匀连续的近全钙钛矿结构相(≥99%)PMN-PT弛豫铁电薄膜。

Abstract:The PMN-PT relaxor ferroelectric thin films were prepared,using inorganic salt as raw material,citric acid and EDTA as complex chelating agent,ethandiol as solvent.Influence of properties for Pb-Mg-Nb-Ti complex metal-organic precursor on structure and quality of thin films was studied.The results show that for the formation of the required thin films the optimal concentration of the precursor is between 0.35 to 0..45mol/L,and addition of benzoic acid in the precursor is facilitated the formation of pervoskite phase(≥99%) in the films.
