三氯氧磷法合成辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯

摘    要:实验以三氯氧磷为磷酸化试剂合成了辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯,最佳合成条件为:n(POCl_3):n(OP-4)=1.2:1,酯化温度40~50℃,水解量10%,水解温度60℃,水解时间3~4 h。产物均为单双酯混合物,其中单酯质量分数大于87%,双酯质量分数约3%,酯化率大于90%。

Abstract:Octylphenol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate(OPP) was synthesized by phosphorylation using phosphorus oxychloride.The effects of six influencing factors on the yield of monoester,diester and esterification,such as the molar ratio,esterification temperature and time,the volume of hydrolysis and hydrolysis temperature and time,were investigated.The optimal reaction conditions for OPP were found as follows:molar ratio of POCl_3 to OP-4 1.2,esterification temperature 40 - 50℃,hydrolysis fraction 10%,hydrolysis temperature 60℃and hydrolysis time 3 - 4 h.The synthesized products were all the mixtures of monoester and Diester,of which the highest level of monoester could reach above 87%,with the content of diester about 3%and the yield of esterification more than 90%.
