基于51的光栅位移检测装置的设计

摘    要:介绍了基于51单片机的光栅位移检测装置。装置主要由电源模块,信号调理模块,按键,LCD显示模块和单片机处理模块这几个部分组成。该装置可以实现对微小位移的检测,并在LCD显示屏上显示测量结果。按键有测量,清零,保持与通讯等功能,并且可以通过RS232串口实现与上位机的通讯。装置既可以进行独立检测,也可以实现上位机的控制检测。人机界面使用可视性编程语言VB实现。

Abstract:It is a grating sensor displacement measurement instrument that control by CPU of 51.There are power module,signal disposal module,buttons,LCD display module and single-chip processor module.This device can measure small displacement and display the result in LCD screen.The buttons can change the function that are measurement,reset,maintain and communication.It is possible that communicate with the PC by the serial port of RS232.This unit can work by itself or be controlled by the computer.The human-computer interface is programed by simple visual programming language which is named of Visual Basic.
