自动送料机械手的设计

摘    要:本文设计了一种多方位送料机械手。主要是由伺服电机、气缸、滚珠丝杠螺母副等组成。机械手在前后、左右以及上下方向分别由三个伺服电机控制,滚珠丝杠螺母副将伺服电机的转动转化成直线运动,从而控制机械手的前后、左右以及上下的运动。机械手指的位置上装有气缸,气缸的运动控制手指的夹紧与松开。由于伺服电机的精度高、响应快,因此能实现机械手精确定位。只要是在滚珠丝杠长度范围内,机械手就能到达空间任何位置。

Abstract:An all-round feeding manipulator will be introduced to you in the article.It mainly includes servo motor,cylinder,ball screw assembly and so on.The motivation has three servo motors,the feeding manipulator is driven to be moved back and forth,up and downs,left and right.the servo motor will be transformed into straight line by the ball-screw.The motion of the air cylinder rod decides the tightness of feeding manipulator.Since the high precision and the fast response of servo motor,as long as the length of the ball screw can meet the demand,the manipulator will be able to reach any position.
