摘    要:自从6 t锭投产以来,其钢锭锭身上部尤其是帽口线处的缩孔和锭身的中心疏松一直是困扰该种锭型的主要质量问题。钢锭上部缩孔和中心疏松的形成与补注有直接关系,现行工艺的执行,虽然在一定程度上减轻了上属质量问题,但结果不令人满意。本次工艺试验的主要目的是通过对6 t锭浇注的过热度和补注时间进行分段试验,以得出在不同过热度下的最佳补注时间和浇注该种锭型的最佳过热度,从而实现6 t锭补注工艺的优化。

Abstract:Since 6 t ingot puts into production,the upper part of ingot body,especially the shrinkage at hot top line and center porosity of ingot body,is main quality problems troubled such type of ingot all the time.The shrinkage at hot top line and center porosity of ingot body are related with supplementary casting directly,although the current process reduces the above quality problems to a certain extent,but the results are not satisfactory.The main purpose of this process test is superheat degree and supplementary time test separately for 6 t ingot casting in order to get the optimum supplementary time under different superheat degrees and the optimum superheat degree,subsequently realize 6 t ingot supplementary casting process optimization.
