摘    要:在新型局部加强管道的研究基础上,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件针对高压工况对其进行了详细计算,分析了加强筋厚度、宽度、间距对管道承受介质压力的影响。结果表明:新型局部加强管道可以使管壁最大应力均匀分散在加强筋之间并降低应力峰值,从而提高管道承受介质压力的能力;加强筋厚度h≈30 mm,宽度w≈30 mm,间距W≈300 mm时,可以使管道同时具有较好的安全性和经济性。

Abstract:Based on the study of new style local strengthening pipe used in high-pressure condition,the stress analysis of the new style pipe under the high pressure was studied by the ANSYS finite element software.The influence of the dabber thickness,dabber width and the dabbers distance to the maximum medium pressure was obtained.The results showed that the new style pipe can makes reduce the maximum stress and make it distribute on the pipe uniformly,which can improve the ability of enduring the high medium pressure;when the thickness of the dabber h≈30mm,the width of the dabber w≈30mm,the distance between the dabbers W≈300mm,the pipe can get the best security and economical efficiency simultaneously.
