| 摘 要： | 数控车床动静态特性对车床的加工性能有非常重要的影响。针对某机床厂生产的CK6163A/8000大型数控车床结构进行了静力学分析,获得了床身的变形图、等效应力图和应变图;对床身结构进行模态分析,得到机床床身和主轴箱的前六阶固有频率,以此为基础,指出了车床床身的薄弱环节。

| Abstract: | Static and dynamic characteristics of NC lathe have very important influence to the lathe processing performance.In this paper,statics analysis a machine tool plant production CK6163 / 8000 large CNC lathe structure,obtained the lathe bed deformation diagram,equivalent stress and strain diagram;Modal analysis the lathe bed structure,get the lathe bed and the spindle box of the first six order natural frequency.On this foundation,point out the weak links of the lathe bed. |
