基于ADAMS的提升桥式重型汽车平顺性仿真分析

摘    要:以车辆行驶平顺性为研究目标,以提升桥式重型货车SCANIA-P380为研究模型,在ADAMS/CAR中建立提升桥部分车身的平顺性仿真模型,得到提升桥部分车身质心处横向、纵向、垂向的加速度时域曲线,从而得到总加权加速度均方根值为0.427 m/s2,对该总加权均方根值进行对数计算得到加权振级为115db,根据加权振级和总加权均方根值与人的主观感觉之间的关系表可知人的主观感觉为有一些不舒适,但没有极不舒适的感觉,车辆的平顺性是满足设计要求的。

Abstract:This paper set ride performance as the research target and the lift bridge-heavy truck SCANIA-P380 as the research model,built the simulation model of lift bridge body in ADAMS/CAR,got its lateral,axial and vertical acceleration curves.Then got the total weighted acceleration root-mean-sqeare value of 0.427 and the weighted vibration level value of 115db.According to the table of relationship between Man’s subjective feeling and acceleration root-mean-sqeare value and vibration level,people will feel a little uncomfortable,but not very uncomfortable,the ride performance meet the design requirements.
