摘    要:在6mol·L~(_1)HNO_3介质中,Cr(Ⅵ)与偶氮胂Ⅲ进行氧化褪色反应,该褪色反应的表现摩尔吸光系数∑_(523nm)=3.7×10~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)。铬(Ⅵ)在0~1.8×10~(-4)g/L范围内符合比尔定律。本法用于土样中痕量铬的测定,结果满意。

Abstract:The color-fading reaction of arsena20 Ⅲ with chromium (Ⅵ) was studied. The results showed that arsenazo Ⅲ can be oxidized and Cr (Ⅵ) faded it in the medium of nitric acid. Based on this reaction, a new method for the spectrophotometric determination of chromium (Ⅵ) has been developed. The apparent molar absorptivity is 3. 7×10~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1) at 528nm. Beer's law is obeyed over the range of 0~l. 8×10~(-4)g/L of chromium (Ⅵ). The method has been already used to determine trace amounts of chromium in soil samples with good results.
