板带轧制技术创新工程概论

摘    要:分析了板带材生产科技发展史。认为60 年代以四辊轧机为主体的连轧技术是靠板形控制装备和计算机控制系统而进步的。其原因在于板形理论未取得突破性的进步,只能靠装备来提高板形质量,因此形成高刚度高精度的论断。沿着高精度装备和越来越庞大的计算机系统的技术路线难于使连轧机国产化,这是轧机重复引进的技术原因。本文简介了我国独创的板带轧制动态理论及已取得的实际效果,建议大力推广应用这种创新的知识和技术,实现连轧装备国产化。

Abstract:The developing history of plate and strip production technology has been analyzed. It is showed that the development of continuous rolling technology which based on 4-high rolling mill in the 1960s is depended on the shape control equipment and computer control system.lacking of breakthrough on shape theory and improving crown and flatness only by equipment improvement led to the conclusion that the more stiffness, the more precision.It is difficult to make continuous rolling mill domestically if the technology route which concentrate on high precision equipment and complicated computer system is followed.This is one of the most important technology reason for importing rolling mill repeatedly. The strip rolling dynamic theory created originally by our country and its acquired actual effect has also been introduced,application and dissemination of these innovated knowledge and technology are suggested ,which will make continuous equipment domestically.
