摘    要:配电网中合理采用高低压多种无功补偿方式能达到更佳的节能降损效益.为此,基于对配电网无功补偿工程因素的分析,提出了一种配电线路10/0.4 kV综合无功优化配置数学模型,以计及设备投资和降损收益的年总支出费用最小为目标,以各种无功补偿组数和容量为控制变量,并满足各种运行约束和安装维护约束.采用分组整数编码的灾变遗传算法进行求解.算例表明了该模型的优越性和算法的有效性.
