| Abstract: | This paper systematically introduces the characteristics of persistent organic pollutants and the harm to people,the making background of POPs Convention,the first group of POPs controlled substances and the controlled substances newly added and being examined.It points out that that implementation of the POPs Convention will have great effect on the coatings industry and even the economic society. |
