| Abstract: | Bipolar coating （the primer is of property of anion exchange membrane and the topcoat is of property of cation exchange membrane） originates from the research result about the corrosion protection over half a century. Presently developed bipolar coatings can provide a brand-new sort of high performance heavy-duty anticorrosion coatings and the concept of bipolar coatings will help develop new anticorrosion coatings. |
