| Abstract: | NGN is an open platform which realizes voice services and other value -added services based on data network, especially the IP carrying network of PBN (IP network). This article analyzes the IP -based carrying scheme of NGN in the following aspects: the requirement to the carrying network of NGN, the carrying mode of NGN, QoS guarantee, introduction of domestic famous application cases etc. |
