摘    要:本文详细讨论了包钢GCr15轴承钢φ180 mm连铸圆坯表面裂纹的特征及其产生原因.该铸坯表面裂纹系拉坯过程中铸坯表面与铜质结晶器发生摩擦,导致铸坯表面渗铜而产生的铜脆裂纹,并据此提出了相应的防止措施.

Abstract:Feature and analysis of surface crack of continuous caster round billet in baogang bearing steel (GCr15) had been discussed , Casting surface crack appear by friction between the casting surface and copper crystallizer dur- ing casting. And preventive measure had been bringed forward in this paper.
