导弹舵面螺钉可靠性分析

摘    要:导弹舵面螺钉是连接导弹舵面和弹体的重要零件,若其失效将导致舵面的脱落,从而使导弹无法完成预定的任务。以一种导弹舵面螺钉为例,用改进一次二阶矩法对其可靠性进行计算,并用灵敏度矩阵就各随机变量对螺钉可靠性的影响程度进行灵敏度分析,找出影响舵面螺钉可靠性的主要因素。

Abstract:The missile's rudder bolt is an important part that connects missile rudder to the body,its invalidation will cause rudder break away from the missile body,thus the missile can't complete the reserved mission.This paper is to take a kind of missile's rudder bolt as an example,uses the AFORM method to calculate its reliability,and uses the sensitivity matrix method to analyse the sensitivity which reflects the random variables' influence degree on the reliability of the bolt,finds out the main factor which affects the reliability of the bolt.
