气体冷却器标准化设计平台的设计与实现

摘    要:为解决气体冷却器设计周期长、重复度高、计算量大、依赖个人经验等难题,文章提出了气体冷却器标准化设计方法;对其中涉及的热工计算、传热曲线绘制、零部件建模、参数驱动、估算重量、整机模拟装配和自动报表生成等关键技术进行了深入探讨;最后通过LabVIEW完成了平台软件的开发工作。该平台已用于气体冷却器的设计实践中,其计算过程快速可靠,设计结果可用于项目招投标和生成加工。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of long design cycle, high repeatability, heavy computation burden, and personal experience dependency, etc. in gas cooler design, this paper proposes a standardized method for gas cooler design, discusses the related key technologies as thermal calculation, thermal curves drawing, components modeling, parameter driven, weight estimation, assembling sinmlatinn, and automatic reports generation, ant finally completes the software development of the platform with LabVIEW, whieb has been used in practical applications, with fast and reliable computational process, and design output can be adopted for biding and production of gas cooler.
