| 摘 要： | 从深圳市房地产管理信息化建设的现状出发,提出建立全市基本楼盘表数据库和房屋基础空间数据库,并以此为基础建立空间数据与业务数据统一管理的三层架构的数据库。利用GIS、MIS、OA、WFS(工作流)等技术,实现房产测绘管理、房地产市场交易、房产产权登记、物业管理、租赁管理以及政策性住房管理等跨部门业务集成统一的房地产信息化平台,构建协同办公体系,促进相关业务之间信息畅通,形成房产资源信息共建、共享体系。
