黄河干流水资源承载力多级模糊综合评判

摘    要:在充分理解水资源承载力概念及其影响因素的基础上,利用多级模糊综合评判方法,建立了多级综合评价模型,选取了评判因素,通过评判矩阵的计算,对黄河干流水资源承载力进行了评价.结果表明:提出的多级模糊综合评判方法由于综合考虑了评价因素的层次性和模糊性,其结果更切合实际,为黄河流域内水资源可持续利用提供基本依据.

Abstract:On the basis of understanding the concept of water resources carrying capacity and the affecting factors,the method of mululevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for carrying capacity is established plied to evaluate water resources carrying capacity of Yelled River. The conclusion shows that the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is extraordinary suitable for the actual are because the former integrates considerations of the hierarchy and fuzzy characters of the evaluation factors. It provides the basic basis on seeking the Yellow River basin water resources sustainable using.
