| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种新的质量控制法——累积求和统计目标控制法（ＣＵＳＵＭ）,简述了其参数设置以及在聚酯生产中的应用。通过对在线聚酯切片的特性粘数、端羧基、二甘醇等指标的累积求和统计控制,可保证产品质量稳定,保持生产连续稳定。

| Abstract: | A new on aim control method, cumulative sum statistical control(CUSUM) was introduced. The design of CUSUM was presented and its application in polyester industry was discussed. The process parameters controlled by CUSUM, such as intrinsic viscosity of polyester chip, end carboxy group and diethylene glycol etc, provide steady product quality and continous production. |
