| 摘 要： | 研究装有黄原酯棉－二苯硫脲脂棉吸附柱对Ａｕ，Ａｇ的富集分离的条件，并采用金－金试剂－ＴＢＰ－正丁醇显色体系全差示分光光度法测定地质样品中金，银。方法的检出，金０．００２８μｇ，银０．０２１μｇ，方法相对标准偏差，ＡｕＲＳＰ％＝１０．６，ＡｇＲＳＰ％＝１５．６。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the separation and enrichment conditions of An and Ag in adsorption columns load ed with xanthate cotton fiber and bipheny 1 thiourea cotton respectively are studied and the determination of trace gold and silver in geological sample by all differential spectrophotom etry (employing color development system of gold(reagent-TBP-n-butanol) are investigated. Using this method, the detection limit of Au is 0.0082ug, Ag 0. 02lug, the Au RSD% = 10. 6, AgRSD=15. 6 |
