| 摘 要： | 在唐家沱污水处理厂的运行中,初沉污泥中的布条和纤维物等经常缠绕在污泥系统中的搅拌装置上,致使其效率降低,对后续工艺的正常运行造成了威胁,为此进行了格网拦截试验.根据试验结果,制订了"沉砂池出口设置机械细格栅、初沉污泥浓缩前加机械过滤以及初沉污泥浓缩后进行污泥过滤"三种可行的工程方案,通过比较,选择在初沉污泥浓缩前加机械过滤作为最终实施方案.运行结果表明,初沉污泥中的杂物得到了有效去除,保证了污泥系统各搅拌设备的长期安全运行. |
