| Abstract: | Combined with real estate development project cost control status,the importance of prior decision phase and planning design phase of real estate development project to project cost control were analyzed,some measures of project cost control in decision and planning design phases were proposed at the same time,so as to enhance the economic efficiency of real estate development. |
