基于知识的碟簧集成智能化设计

摘    要:为适应多变的市场需求,提高企业产品开发能力,缩短开发周期,运用知识工程的原理和计算机辅助设计技术,将基于知识的智能化设计理念引入碟簧产品开发领域中,探讨了智能化设计的实现方法,并进行应用研究。最终采用面向对象的程序设计语言对工程软件CATIA进行二次开发,研制了基于知识的碟簧集成智能化设计系统。

Abstract:In order to adapt to the various market requirements and to improve the ability of product development and shorten the period of product development in disc spring enterprise,the knowledge- based intelligent design idea has been introduced into the area of disc spring development using the theory of knowledge engineering and the CAD technology.Itsimplementation and application are studied. The integrated and intelligent design system of disc spring is developed using the object- oriented programming language through the redevelopment of the CATIA software.
