浅谈屏蔽泵的维修

屏蔽泵是由屏蔽电机与机械泵组合在一起的机电一体化设备,具有结构紧凑、全封闭、运行平稳、噪音低、安全性高、无泄漏、日常维护量少等优点,在化工、制冷、给排水、核工业等方面应用越来越广泛,随着使用数量和应用范围增多,损坏量也在逐渐增加。在本文中,笔者根据经验,归纳总结了屏蔽泵修理方法。

Maintenance of the Canned Motor Pump

The canned motor pump was one kind of electromechanical integration equipment which was combined by canned motor and mechanical pump.Its advantages,such as compact structure,fully enclosed,running smoothly,low noise,high security,no leakage,less daily maintenance,etc.,enhanced its utility in chemical industry,refrigeration system,water supply and drainage system,and the nuclear system.However,the number of worn items increased with the more widely usage.Some methods of repairing canned motor pump were summarized.
