| Abstract: | In this paper,domestic Hollysys HOLLiAS-MACSV system,in the second phase of Qinghai Alkali Industry 120 million tons/year of soda ash project on the application.This project is DCS(Distributed Control System,referred to as Distributed Control System) in the domestic soda ash industry,following one after the largest use of DCS system,Physical I/O points more than million points,system and network with 100Mbps Ethernet and fiber optic cable for data transfer.DCS system is mainly achieved through the soda ash plant and the main thermal power station supporting a variety of indicators to monitor the production process,control,and implement safety interlock functions and production scheduling management functions to achieve the purpose of normal production,so that various production targets,safety indicators and environmental indicators have reached the national standard. |
