开关柜局部放电暂态对地电压检测技术

摘    要:金属铠装式开关柜的特点使得柜内设备的运行情况无法通过常规手段查看。基于金属铠装式开关柜在对地绝缘部分发生局部放电时会产生暂态对地电压(TEV)的原理,进行此类开关柜局部放电的监测,是有效的方法。具体介绍了该技术的检测原理、判断方法及判别依据。在上海电网中的应用实例验证了方法的有效性。

Abstract:Traditional inspecting technologies cannot find operating situation of device inside cabinet that is the characteristic of metal armored switch cabinet.On the foundation of the principle of transient earth voltage(TEV)produced by ground insulation partial discharge from metal armored switch cabinet,to supervise the partial discharge is an effective method.Specific inspecting principle of the technology,diagnosis method and judging evidence are elaborated.The technology has been proved its effectiveness by applying into Shanghai power network.
